I am an independent consultant since 2018, with more than twenty years of experience in operational management, team leadership, business strategy and professional development. My work focuses on organisation, clarity, decision‑making and the daily effectiveness of people and organisations.
My approach is practical and grounded: I work from real situations, real operations and the concrete needs of professionals.

I have been working independently since 2018, after starting my career at the age of 19 in operational, commercial and service environments.
This trajectory has given me a very concrete understanding of real work, teams, responsibilities and organisational needs.
Over the years, I have held roles in management, operational direction, business development, international coordination, specialised training and mediation in demanding and high‑responsibility contexts.
